This data helps reduce operating costs while improving casting quality.The system detects the start and end of the  process, monitoring and outputting these readings for further analysis and storage.

This also contains an air purge unit for maintaining a clean lens and window during operation.

STRONG Series Low-temperature 1-color Pyrometer is a series high performance and intelligent temperature measurement infrared pyrometer. It has solid firm, 304 stainless steel inter-machine, 304 stainless steel protection jacket with optional air purge and water cooling functions. It uses the manual adjustable focal length, achromatic lens, high reliability circuit design (low temperature drift, full digital measurement design, high integration SOC chip application, visualize OLED operation interface) and software design (ambient temperature compensation, real-time signal processing, abnormal signal processing, software code optimization in all kinds of application environment ).These special designs enable the STRONG series of one-color Industrial Pyrometer to meet the use in a variety of harsh industrial field and precise temperature control requirements.

STRONG series 1-color infrared pyrometer determine the object temperature by receiving the sum of the narrow-band radiation energy emitted by the object. It uses advanced software and hardware design, with ultra-wide dynamic range and high stability. Special design of the accuary pyrometer allows Infrared Thermometer Accuracy  within ±0.5%T℃ when site environemnt is good. 

The Ratio Infrared Pyrometer can be widely used in metallurgical industry (wire rod, hot rolled plate, forging) and forging industry, heat treatment (heat treatment ir pyrometer) , induction heating, single crystal silicon, polycrystalline silicon and various occasions of industrial temperature measurement.
