STRONG-G-2012 is belong to our low temperature 1-color pyrometer series. 1-color pyrometer measures infrared radiation from objects in one spectral range, while 2-color Pyrometer measures in two different spectral ranges simultaneously and determine the temperature from the ratio of the two radiation intensities. So with one-color infrared pyrometer, it is necessary to know the emissivity of the measurement material. The pyrometer’s field of view must be free from oil, smoke or dust. These lead to a signal weakening and thus to a lower indication of the temperature. So if the site environment is harsh, it is necessary to add air purge to keep the lens clean.

STRONG-G-2012 1C fixed pyrometer is designed and manufatured according to international standard, it is suitable for a various industrial process, such as induction heating, glass, cement and so on.

• Use PID constant temperature control to avoid influence of ambient temperature on the measuring accuracy;

• Rich peripheral interface: 2 independent analog output, 2 alarm output, 1channel level output and 1 channel RS485 communication interface;
• Software and hardware watchdog, hardware EMI filtering and other designs improve system stability, and can resist of interference 2500VDC pulse group;
• Support bus cascade connection of up to 26 pyrometers, and realize network control through PC.

The intergrated one color pyrometer has rugged 304 stainless steel shell and inter-machine. It is very durable and user can also add air purge and water cooling functions according to site environment and ambient temperature. Compared to 2-color infrared pyrometer, 1-color infrared pyrometer using enviroment requirement is higher. If necessary, use can also choose Low-temperature 2-color Ratio Pyrometer series products.
