This series industrial pyrometer uses manual adjustable focal length lens, using adjustable lens, ultra-wide focusing range, 0.15m to infinity adjustable.Using laser aiming, 1:1 clearly shows the position and size of the measured target.PID constant temperature control is adopted for the detector to eliminate the influence of ambient temperature on measurement, and it has dual color and monochromatic temperature measurement function.There are abundant peripheral interfaces: 2 independent analog output, 2 alarm output, 1 level output and 1 RS485 communication interface.These special designs enable the Smart-F series monochromatic pyrometer to meet a wide range of demanding industrial field and precise temperature control requirements.
A two color pyrometer determines the temperature of an object by measuring the energy ratio of two different wavelengths.Advanced software and hardware design enable the infrared pyrometer to meet the detection target in the environment of water vapor, dust, target size changes, partial occlusion, emissivity changes, even if the detection signal attenuation of 95%, will not affect the temperature measurement results. Infrared energy is transmitted through optical fiber, which effectively improves the anti-electromagnetic interference ability of the product.
