Smart-F series two-color infrared pyrometer is a high-precision digital optical fiber 2-color pyrometer. In this device, the object temperature is measured by the ratio of the spectral radiation intensity of two different wavelengths at a certain temperature.The two-color ratio technique can eliminate or reduce temperature measurement errors due to variations in emissivity, surface finish, and energy-absorbing materials such as water vapor and ash.It consists of a lens, optical fiber and processing parts. Rugged die-cast housing for use in harsh environments.Stainless steel lens (with air blowing function), die-cast aluminum case, IP54 protection class. Optical fiber pyrometer is widely used in high temperature environment (250℃) and strong electromagnetic interference area.
It uses an adjustable lens to clearly display the position and size of the measured target.Manual adjustable focal length lens, achromatic lens combination. 2C Infrared Pyrometer comes with monochrome and dual-color mode switching function, high reliability circuit design, low temperature drift, full digital measurement design, high integration OF SOC chip application, visual OLED screen for display interface, user-friendly interface. Equipped with software design (ambient temperature compensation, real-time signal processing, abnormal signal processing, software code optimization in various application environments). These special designs make smart-F series two color infrared pyrometer not only suitable for general industrial temperature measurement, but also suitable for installation in strong electromagnetic interference and high ambient temperature.
The advanced software and hardware design enables the pyrometer to meet the application of humidity, dust, target size changes, local blockage, emissivity changes and other harsh environment, even if the detection signal attenuation of 95%, will not affect the temperature measurement results.5ms fast response time, temperature measurement accuracy of 0.5%, repetition accuracy of 2℃, resolution of 0.1℃.The size of the object to be measured determines the size of the spot required by the thermometer.The object to be measured fills up at least the spot size to obtain the correct temperature measurement.
