Compared with integrated monochromatic pyrometer, fiber optical infrared pyrometer has many advantages, the most important advantages are as follows: 1.Because the optical path system is separated from the circuit system, the optical path system of the thermometer can be installed in high temperature environment (200 degrees of field environment resistance) in the industrial field application, and can work stably online for a long time.Since the optical path system contains no electricity at all, the installed industrial site is completely explosion-proof.

Because the infrared signal of the Fiber optical pyrometer is transmitted to the sensor through the infrared fiber of special material, in this way, when the optical path is focused on the optical fiber, only the light spot size of the fiber section can be transmitted to the sensor through the optical fiber.In this way, the influence on the stability and service life of the sensor is avoided when the large area of light is directly focused on the sensor.And, the infrared fiber is made of special materials, you can only select the required infrared band through the fiber, so as to further weaken the light on the sensor baking.Therefore, the optical fiber infrared pyrometer has better stability and longer service life than the integrated 1C pyrometer.
