BFS-Strong-SR-6018 integrated two-color Infrared Pyrometer is a kind of high temperature measurement instrument used in the furnace under harsh environment (high temperature, high pressure, high dust, etc.).
BFS-Strong-SR-6018 integrated two-color infrared temperature measuring system is composed of three parts, including BFS-Strong-SR-6018 two-color infrared temperature measuring instrument, temperature measuring instrument protection mechanism, temperature measuring instrument supporting electrical junction box. For the convenience of transportation and user installation, we have assembled the three-part structure into a whole before leaving the factory.
The temperature measurement system determines the temperature by measuring the radiation value of the measured target. The Infrared Thermometer outputs the 4-20mA current signal corresponding to the temperature, which is processed by the computer or recorder.The measuring range is 600-1800℃, used for high temperature measurement in industrial furnaces.

1. Two-color infrared pyrometer(BFS-STRONG -SR-6018): Temperature measurement range is 600℃～1800℃, temperature measurement accuracy is 0.5%, Temperature resolution is 0.1℃, the distance coefficient is 100:1, visual aiming, with a water-cooling and air purge protective cover.
2. BFS protective cover (customized): Built-in angle adjustment mechanism, ball valve, mounting flange, one-way valve, quartz protective lens, with lens heating function, the whole structure is made of 304 stainless steel, and some materials are made of 316L, which is sturdy and durable.
3. Junction box( CON-01): Default is a cast aluminum junction box, and an outdoor waterproof 304 control box can be selected according to user needs.
