The compact, rugged stainless steel housing could also with companion air purge and water jacket facilitates operation under even the most difficult ambient conditions.
With a quick response time of 5 ms (adjustable) the STRONG-S-7025 industrial pyrometer can pick up the tiniest changes in temperature faster than other devices, i.e., thermocouples.
The standard 0/4 to 20 mA linear temperature output signal allows for easy implementation into existing measurement and control systems.
Th one color infrared pyrometer possesses a galvanically isolated RS-485 interface. As such, the devices are bus-compatible and use the Modbus RTUprotocol.
The 1C pyrometer can be connected to a computer via an optional RS-485 to USB interface adapter. By connecting the IR sensor with a PC using PSCSpot software, parameters such as emissivity, sub-temperature range, data storage settings, and response time can be adjusted.
To choose a 1-color pyrometer, the following measuring conditions must be observed:
1. Measured object must always be lager than 1-color infrared pyrometer spot size
2. As an aid in alignment, the device can be aligned to maximum temperature.
3. The one color pyrometer working site enviroment should be free from fumes, smoke or dust.
